The teams have moved back to our home at St-Laurent Park.  Anyone interested in trying out within their appropriate age group is welcomed. Only gym athletic attire required. TYKES (5-7) ATOM (7-9) Mon/Wed/Thu - Lun/Mer/Jeu @  6pm MOSQUITO/MOUSTIQUE (10-11) PEEWEE (12-13) Tue/Thu - Mar/Jeu @  6.30pm BANTAM (14-15) Off until - 25 Jul 2017 MIDGET  (16-17) Tue - Jeu @  6.00pm

NEW PRESIDENT

SHAWN DANIELS NEW ASSOCIATION'S PRESIDENT The St-Laurent Minor football Association has the immense pleasure to announce that former standout Spartan, Shawn Daniels was elected the new president of the association at the 2017 AGM. Shawn had an illustrious career in St-Laurent in the 1980's before moving south of the border where he had an outstanding college career in the NCAA Div I at Bowling Green University. He then played a dozen years professionally in the NFL and CFL (Dallas, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatchwan, BC and Toronto) before returning to home. Shawn has been most recently a coach for the Spartans midget team. He will bring his football expertise to benefit the association and all involved. The St-Laurent Spartans extends a special thanks to outgoing president Kelly Dimitropoulos, who finished her three year stint at the head of the association, and is leaving due to her unforgiving schedule. Her tireless work in service to the community allowed the club to go through a difficult period and come out in better shape for the future. SHAWN DANIELS NOUVEAU PRESIDENT DE L'ASSOCIATION L’association de football mineur de St-Laurent l'immense honneur d'annoncer l'éléction du Shawn Daniels à la présidence de l'association lors de l'AGA 2017. Shawn a connu une illustre carrière à St-Laurent dans les années 1980 avant de déménager de l'autre côté de la frontière où il continuera brillament dans les rangs universitaire americains (NCAA Div 1) à l'université Bowling Green. Par la suite, il s'illustrera pendant un douzaine d'années au niveau professionel dans la NFL et la CFL (Dallas, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatchwan, BC and Toronto) avant de revenir chez nous. Shawn notament a aussi été récement coach dans l'equipe midget des Spartans. Il apportera une expertise de notre sport qui profitera à tous impliqués dans l'association. Les Spartans aimeraient aussi exprimer ses remerciments chaleureux à notre présidente sortante, Kelly Dimitropoulos, qui fini un mandat de trois années à la tête de l'association et nous quitte pour se consacrer à sa tâche professionnelle accaparante. Son travail et son énergie débordante au service de la communauté a permis au club de passer une periode difficile et d'en resortir dans une meilleur posture. ANNUAL  GENERAL MEETING (AGM 2017) Note: Change of date The Saint Laurent Football Association's General Annual Meeting will be held on TUESDAY February 28, 2017 at 7:00PM. As a parent of a Spartan’s player, you are invited to attend this General meeting. The AGM is the moment that the executive of the Association is constituted. Should you have an interest and have time to give, then is the time. The meeting will be held in room 204 of Saint-Laurent borough Centre des Loisirs at 1375 Grenet Street.
